To download PromptFlow, click the Download button on the website. You will first be taken to the payment page. After completing the payment, you will get the option to download the Windows application file.
Once the file is downloaded, open it and follow the installation steps on your screen. After installation, open PromptFlow from your desktop or Start Menu.
If Windows shows a security warning while opening the installer, click More info and then Run anyway if you downloaded the file from the official PromptFlow website. If the download does not start or the file is blocked, try downloading it again using another browser or temporarily check your Windows security settings.
Open PromptFlow and paste your script into the app, or open a script file from your computer. Adjust the text size, scrolling speed, spacing, and other reading settings according to your preference. Press Play to start the teleprompter.
Adjustable Scrolling: Increase or decrease the scrolling speed to match your speaking pace.
Always on Top: Keep PromptFlow visible above other applications while recording or presenting.
Screen Recording Hide: PromptFlow includes an option to hide the teleprompter window from supported screen recording and capture software such as OBS. Compatibility can depend on Windows and the recording software, so test it before recording.
Toggle Controls: Quickly show or hide the controls when you want a clean reading screen.
Custom Reading Settings: Change font size, font style, text width, line spacing, opacity, and other display settings to make the script comfortable to read.
Reading Guide: Use the reading guide and current-line highlight to keep your eyes on the right part of the script.
Fullscreen: Use the teleprompter in fullscreen when you need a larger and cleaner reading area.
Mirror Mode: Flip the text horizontally or vertically when using PromptFlow with a teleprompter setup or mirror.
Search and Bookmarks: Quickly find parts of your script and save important sections for easy access.
Auto Save and Session Restore: Your work and reading position can be saved so you can continue where you left off.
PromptFlow can be used with OBS, screen recording software, online courses, YouTube videos, presentations, webinars, livestreams, podcasts, interviews, sales videos, meetings, and other situations where you need to read a script while speaking naturally.
For a simple setup, open your script, adjust the text and speed, turn on Always on Top, position the window where you need it, and start reading.
